Details of the Job/Internship

Bizongo is hiring a Legal Intern to support the legal team in contract management, compliance, and risk assessment functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and other agreements.
• Follow up with business teams to ensure execution and maintain agreement records.
• Collect required data from business/supporting functions for timely closure.
• Maintain and update litigation-related MIS.
• Manage and support compliance across business and technical functions.
• Review and develop SOPs, processes, and internal guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop compliance training materials and conduct stakeholder training.
• Analyze due diligence reports and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain a central repository of legal documents.
• Handle additional legal or statutory compliance-related tasks.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LLB/LLM from a recognized Indian university.
• Fresher with internship experience in corporate, business, environmental, or commercial law.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of contract law.
