Details of the Job/Internship

Blu Ocean Innovations is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time remote role. The intern will assist with legal consulting, preparation and review of legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
• Assist with legal consulting and addressing legal issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders to support legal needs across projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of law and legal issues.
• Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field preferred.
• Experience in biotech or medical robotics is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
