Details of the Job/Internship

Bobble AI is inviting law students to intern with them in their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting Service Agreements, MOUs, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Letter of Intent.
• Compiling and reviewing trademark and copyright queries.
• Assist the legal team with research/es on various issues/topics related to different laws including but not limited to labour laws, contract laws, information technology laws, data protection and privacy laws, intellectual property related laws.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations for internal purposes.

Eligibility

• Pursuing LL.B. or any equivalent Law Degree [students in their (i) 4th year or 5th year (for a 5-year course) or (ii) 2nd or 3rd year (for a 3-year course)] from a well-recognized law college or university, preferably from the Top 30 Law Colleges as per the latest NIRF Rankings of the Government of India.
• Proficient in English language (Written & Verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools such as Manupatra, SCC, LexisNexis, etc.
• Advanced drafting skills.
• Familiar to laws applicable to private companies, with basic knowledge of intellectual properties, information technology and employment laws.
• Ability to work and coordinate effectively with cross functional teams.
