Details of the Job/Internship
Brick&Bolt is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bangalore. This is a 3-month, full-time, work-from-office internship requiring immediate joining.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing corporate legal documentation and filings.
- Support the team in ensuring organizational compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support business operations and contract management.
- Participate in the drafting and reviewing of various corporate agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate legal clearance for projects.
- Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and compliance certificates.
Eligibility
- Students currently in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program.
- Students in the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Availability for a 3-month on-site internship in Bangalore.
- Ability to join the team immediately.
- Strong interest in corporate law and compliance frameworks.
