Bridge Counsels is inviting law students to intern with them in their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on corporate, commercial, technology, renewable energy, fintech gaming law, artificial intelligence, 
• Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Draft legal articles, advisories, and industry insights for publications and client updates.
• Drafting & Reviewing Documents: Assist in preparing contracts, legal templates, policy documents, and compliance frameworks.
• HR & Employment Law Matters: Research labor laws, draft HR policies, and provide legal support on employment-related matters, 
• Technology & Gaming Law Advisory: Analyze emerging legal issues in IT, gaming regulations, and digital compliance, 
• Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist in advising clients on legal compliance, risk management, and regulatory obligations.

Eligibility

• LLM Students in corporate/commercial/tech laws.
• Law students (5-year/3-year LLB programs) or recent graduates
• Strong legal research, analytical, and content-writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft, review, and analyze legal documents and templates.
• Interest in corporate law, employment law, technology, gaming law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
