Details of the Job/Internship

Bridge Counsels is hiring Legal Interns for its Winter Internship Program 2025–2026 to join their office in Delhi NCR. This offline internship provides exposure to the functioning of Fractional General Counsel services, including work on contracts, governance, compliance, technology law, due diligence preparation, and strategic advisory tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract drafting including founders’ agreements, ESOPs, NDAs, vendor and SaaS contracts.
• Governance and compliance work such as DPDP Rules, MCA processes, and internal corporate policies.
• AI and technology law tasks including data governance, regulatory analysis, and risk mapping.
• VC-readiness workflows including due diligence preparation, compliance checklists, and data-room structuring.
• Strategic advisory support through internal notes, issue spotting, and insights aligned with founders.
• Content creation including legal updates, structured research pieces, and policy summaries.

Eligibility

• 4th–5th year law students.
• Strong drafting skills in contracts, notices, and structured research writing.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Professional conduct and discipline.
• Interest in corporate, technology, DPDP, and startup law.
• Ability to develop structured content such as briefs, insights, and policy notes.
