Bridge Counsels is inviting law students to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist on matters involving corporate & commercial law, startup advisory, and technology law.
- Draft legal notes, explainers, and articles on emerging issues in tech & IP.
- Conduct research, client follow-ups, and documentation support.
- Contribute to internal trackers for research and legal documentation.
Eligibility
- 4th / 5th year students (5-year law program) or final-year students (3-year law program).
- Strong drafting and communication skills (written & oral).
- Tech-savvy, with interest in corporate law, technology, AI, and software law.
- Prior internship or writing experience is an added advantage, not mandatory.
