Details of the Job/Internship
BridgeCounsels LLP is inviting applications for its offline legal internship for the period of August–October 2025 at their office in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on matters involving corporate and commercial law, tech, and startup advisory.
- Assist with client matters across corporate, commercial, startup, and tech law.
- Draft legal notes, explainers, and articles on emerging issues in tech and IP.
- Contribute to research, client follow-ups, and knowledge building.
- Participate in internal legal documentation and research trackers.
Eligibility
- 4th or 5th-year students (5-year law program) or final-year students (3-year program).
- Strong drafting skills and excellent written/oral communication.
- Tech-savvy individuals with a keen interest in corporate, tech, AI, and software law.
- Prior internship or writing experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
