Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal document preparation.
• Provide legal consulting.
• Conduct legal research.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of law and legal issues.
• Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Enrollment in or completion of a law degree.
• Proficiency in legal research and legal writing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Prior internship experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is a plus.
