Broad Legal Assets (BLA) is inviting law students to intern in their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Intern will be responsible for assisting with corporate compliance, financial audits, bookkeeping, and various regulatory requirements. Duties may also include supporting trademark and copyright registration, government filings, and other compliance-related tasks.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial audits and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Legal or finance coursework is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research skills.
