Details of the Job/Internship
Bureau is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bangalore for a duration of 3 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements.
- Support contract management by maintaining trackers, documentation, and internal records.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, commercial, and employment law matters.
- Prepare summaries, notes, and documentation to support legal and compliance processes.
- Assist the legal team with ongoing projects and day-to-day legal tasks.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing the final year or recently completed an LL.B. from a recognised law school in India.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal concepts.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to use modern productivity tools.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be based in Bangalore for regular in-office presence.
