C. B. Jain & Associates is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The intern will assist with legal document preparation, conduct research on legal and compliance issues, support legal consulting tasks, collaborate on due diligence processes, assist with private equity transaction documentation, and help with drafting and reviewing contracts, while ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
