C. B. JAIN & ASSOCIATES is inviting applications for a Legal Internship in Mumbai. This role provides hands-on exposure to legal consulting, compliance, and transaction support, making it ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain practical corporate law experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate and compliance-related matters.
• Assist in due diligence processes for transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support senior associates and partners in ongoing legal consulting assignments.
• Provide general legal assistance across client matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or current enrollment in a law program.
• Knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
• Prior exposure/experience in legal consulting or document preparation (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organisational ability, and eagerness to learn.
• Availability to work full-time and on-site in Mumbai.
