Details of the Job/Internship

Cache Labs is expanding its Legal function and is hiring a Legal Intern to support cross-entity contracts, compliance alignment, and cross-functional coordination at their Delhi office (Hybrid).

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and internal policies.
• Support legal and market research.
• Participate in redlining and revision cycles.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams for inputs.
• Maintain confidentiality and support process execution under the Legal function.

Eligibility

• Excellent written English and legal reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with contract structures and legal language.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Word.
• Ability to work in fast-paced execution cycles with tight timelines.
