CHAGEE Singapore is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist Legal Counsels in reviewing, drafting, and preparing commercial contracts and templates.
• Conduct due diligence and support contract management processes.
• Perform legal research and prepare research summaries or internal memorandums.
• Coordinate and support corporate secretarial matters across APAC entities.
• Assist in maintaining legal documentation and registers.
• Support Legal Counsels in meetings with business units where required.
• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc legal support as required.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Law degree.
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with guidance.
