Details of the Job/Internship
Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Intern with experience of to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts.
- Support compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Conduct legal research on cleantech policies, intellectual property, and labour laws.
- Coordinate with external counsel and track legal timelines.
Eligibility
- Current law student (4th/5th year LL.B.) or fresh LL.M. graduate from a recognised university.
- Basic understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest in ESG or the cleantech sector is an advantage.
