Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors is offering a paid 4-week internship opportunity between September and December 2025 at its New Delhi office. The internship provides hands-on exposure to drafting, court and tribunal proceedings, client meetings, strategy discussions, and high-profile disputes across diverse practice areas. The stipend ranges between ₹5,000 and ₹15,000 per month based on performance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal drafting.
- Attend court and tribunal proceedings.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions.
- Contribute to disputes across practice areas such as constitutional law, civil and white-collar crime trials, appeals, IBC and liquidation, real estate, arbitration, taxation, electricity law, aviation law, and corporate advisory.
Eligibility
- Penultimate and final-year law students from BCI-recognized law schools.
- LLM candidates are also eligible to apply.
