Clause Cracker is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office Virtually.
Role and Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience reviewing IT contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Consulting Agreements, Vendor agreements, etc.
- Conducting research on legal issues and advising internal stakeholders on the risks involved in transactions.
Eligibility
- Independent, driven individuals who are looking to learn and be part of our team.
- They should have good communication skills (verbal and written).
- You should be flexible and capable of working efficiently in a demanding environment with international operations.
- Must be pragmatic with an approach to finding solutions to business problems.
- Experience interning with an IT company previously would be considered a bonus.
