Details of the Job/Internship
CoinSwitch is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization of Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
- Support the maintenance of statutory registers, records, and filings in accordance with applicable laws.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on corporate, FDI, and other relevant laws and frameworks.
- Assist in drafting and filing regulatory documents and resolutions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Company Secretary and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure adherence to compliance timelines and corporate governance best practices.
Eligibility
- Passed final examination of ICSI.
- Available for an internship of 15 months or more.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in secretarial or compliance work will be an added advantage.
