Details of the Job/Internship

CoKaCo in inviting law students to intern with them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and analyzing statutes, regulations, and compliance requirements, including SEBI, MSME Act, and Companies Act provisions.
• Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and policies.
• Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and suggest measures to ensure compliance.
• Aid in corporate governance tasks, including filings, disclosures, and record maintenance.
• Contribute to compliance audits and internal policy reviews.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Familiarity with corporate and securities laws such as SEBI Regulations, MSME Act, Companies Act, and Indian Contracts Act.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal databases such as Manupatra, Westlaw, and SCC Online.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Passion for corporate law and compliance.
