Details of the Job/Internship

Contriance Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time, paid internship for the month of February to join their office in Bengaluru. The internship offers exposure to litigation and non-litigation matters, including research, drafting, advisory work, and day-to-day legal practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation-related work, including legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
• Support non-litigation matters such as contracts, notices, compliance, advisory work, title due diligence, M&A, and industry-specific policy and advisory.
• Review documents and support ongoing legal matters.
• Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day legal practice.

Eligibility

• Law students pursuing BA LL.B, BBA LL.B, LL.B, or equivalent.
• Ability to commit to full-time work for the month of February.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback constructively.
• Fluency in Kannada and ability to read and write Kannada is an added advantage.
