Details of the Job/Internship

Contriance Legal Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Bengaluru office for a full-time, paid internship for the month of February.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation-related work including legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
• Support non-litigation matters such as contracts, notices, compliance, advisory work, title due diligence, M&A, and industry-specific advisory.
• Review legal documents and assist in ongoing matters.
• Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day legal practice.

Eligibility

• Law students (BA LL.B, BBA LL.B, LL.B, or equivalent).
• Ability to commit to full-time work for the month of February.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback constructively.
• Fluency in Kannada and ability to read and write Kannada is an added advantage.
