CorpZo is hiring a Legal Intern to support its corporate and compliance team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various corporate and compliance matters.
• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents and agreements.
• Support the team in addressing client legal queries.
• Analyze legal issues and provide insights during consultations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to preparation of agreements and corporate documentation.
• Work closely with team members on ongoing legal assignments.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed LL.B. or equivalent.
• Strong interest in corporate law and compliance.
• Good legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
