Details of the Job/Internship
CGRF is inviting applications for a 1-year paid legal internship. Selected interns will gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court procedures, and corporate advisory under the guidance of seasoned professionals..
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on diverse issues.
- Draft legal documents, memos, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in reviewing/updating policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Attend court proceedings (NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, Supreme Court) and prepare relevant case papers.
Eligibility
- Fresh law graduates (LL.B./LL.M.) or candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
- Strong interest in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Corporate Law, and Litigation.
- Passion for legal research and drafting.
