Details of the Job/Internship

CreditSea is hiring a Legal Intern for a duration of 4–6 months to join its Raipur office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and legal documents.
• Maintain and organise legal records and documentation.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Assist in regulatory filings and correspondence.
• Provide support in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams for legal clarifications and documentation.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB/LLM.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of corporate, financial, and contract law preferred.
• Prior internship experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend

INR 5,000 per month.
