Details of the Job/Internship

D Globalist is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in New Delhi. This is a part-time, onsite role for a duration of three months with a stipend.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and compliance across cross-border laws, including corporate structuring, immigration, IP, and international taxation.
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents for in-house and client use.
• Help maintain the regulatory knowledge repository and draft newsletters or updates for internal teams.
• Conduct market analysis and research, and engage with international stakeholders for assignments.

Eligibility

• Law student in 4th year or above of LL.B, or pursuing LL.M.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in the startup ecosystem.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
