Role and Responsibilities

- This position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of corporate and international law, excellent research and writing skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Conduct thorough market and industry research.
- Research international business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to client industries and jurisdictions.
- Identify potential international clients and analyze their legal requirements and preferences.
- Draft briefs, memos, and correspondence outlining legal considerations, implications, and recommendations for international business transactions.
