Details of the Job/Internship

dCorpo Legal is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Mumbai office with hybrid work flexibility. The intern will support the legal team in research, document preparation, compliance audits, data protection frameworks, dispute resolution, and corporate governance advisory.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare legal documents.
• Assist with compliance audits.
• Support implementation of data protection frameworks.
• Aid in dispute resolutions.
• Participate in corporate governance advisory.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of law and legal issues.
• Skills in legal consulting and document preparation.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in cyber law and data privacy is preferred.
• Students in 3rd year onwards of a 5-year law course or 2nd year onwards of a 3-year law course.
• Interest in corporate and commercial advisory.
