Decorpot is hiring a Legal Intern for an on-site internship role at its Bengaluru South office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain legal records and documentation.
• Support the legal team during contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in legal databases and basic knowledge of Indian legal frameworks.
• Pursuing or completion of a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.
