Desai Billimoria & Associates is hiring Legal Interns for a duration of 3 months starting in October 2025 at their office in Mumbai. The internship involves litigation work, coordination with counsel, drafting legal documents, and handling conveyancing matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation work and coordinate with counsel.
• Draft legal documents including Praecipes, Petitions, and Legal Notices.
• Draft and vet Deeds of Transfer, Release Deeds, Wills, Lease Agreements, and Leave and License Agreements.

Eligibility

• Final year students of 3-year or 5-year law program.
• Based in Mumbai.
• Prior internship experience in commercial litigation (at the High Court of Bombay) and conveyancing work.
