Details of the Job/Internship
Dizzaroo Private Limited is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time internship of 4–6 months at their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, update, and organize contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, MoUs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
- Maintain repositories for contracts, licenses, registrations, certifications, and statutory filings for India and US entities.
- Track renewal cycles, compliance deadlines, obligations, and expiry dates.
- Support vendor onboarding documentation including W-9, DUNS, ISO-27001 bridge letters, and insurance forms.
- Maintain and track compliance obligations for a Private Limited company including MCA filings, ROC filings, statutory registers, and tax-related compliance.
- Manage Shops & Establishment Act compliance, labour law requirements, and DPDP Act readiness.
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes, notices, and governance records.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, CA/CS professionals, and compliance consultants.
- Track central and state government schemes and incentive programs for startups, AI companies, biotech labs, and R&D organisations.
- Maintain trackers on eligibility, deadlines, prerequisites, and submission status.
- Support IP licensing, software licensing, dataset usage compliance, and maintain associated records.
- Organize IP-related documents including assignment agreements and collaboration contracts.
- Assist with SOPs, policies, governance frameworks, and audit documentation for ISO-27001, SOC-2, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and DPDP.
- Support external audits and prepare audit-ready documents.
- Manage documentation, vendor coordination, filing, onboarding paperwork, and operational administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed LLB / BA-LLB / BCom-LLB / LLM.
- Strong interest in corporate, technology, and compliance law.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of records accurately.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and documentation tools.
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable handling both legal and administrative responsibilities.
