Details of the Job/Internship

Dodo Payments is inviting law students to intern with them in their Bengaluru office. 

• This is a hybrid position requiring two days in-office per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and drafting of terms & conditions, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research into regulatory, compliance and taxation of global jurisdictions
• Support the legal team in contract review and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist in financial regulations, employment law, and other legal areas as needed.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and case files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

• Current law student or recent graduate.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Prior internship or experience in corporate law is a plus.
