Details of the Job/Internship
Doveriye is hiring a Legal Intern for the role of Legal Coordinator to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements, contracts, and MoUs.
- Support negotiation processes for agreements, contracts, and vendor partnerships under guidance.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external law firms or consultants for legal and compliance matters.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports required for investor communications and meetings.
- Support compliance activities, including statutory filings and corporate governance documentation.
- Conduct legal research on regulations, case laws, and market practices.
- Help prepare presentations, legal summaries, and training materials for internal use.
- Track and follow up on legal and compliance deadlines and deliverables.
- Understanding of corporate laws, compliance, and investment-related legal documentation.
- Interest in working closely with senior management and investors.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
