Emkay Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join their in-office team in Noida. The intern will interact with clients, suggest legal remedies under RBI guidelines, communicate with lenders and recovery agents, and draft legal notices and agreements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Interacting with clients facing loan and debt issues.
• Suggesting legal remedies and settlement options under RBI guidelines.
• Communicating and negotiating with lenders and recovery agents.
• Drafting legal notices, agreements, and replies to recovery notices.

Eligibility

• 3rd, 4th, or final-year law students.
• Strong communication skills.
• Legal drafting proficiency.
• Negotiation and problem-solving mindset.
