Emkay Solutions is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Debt Settlement Team at its Noida office. The role involves working on live legal and financial cases, interacting with clients, and assisting in dispute resolution related to loan and debt matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Interact with clients facing loan and debt issues with empathy and clarity.
• Suggest legal remedies and settlement options under RBI guidelines.
• Communicate and negotiate with lenders and recovery agents.
• Draft legal notices, agreements, and replies to recovery notices.

Eligibility

4th year or final year law students.
