Role and Responsibilities
- Assistance in vetting & drafting of Wills, and other documents for Succession and Estate Planning.
- Legal research pertaining to developments in Succession and Estate Planning Laws.
- Preparation of articles for publishing.
Eligibility
Qualification
Law intern studying in the 2nd year (if 3-year LLB course) or studying in the 4th year (if 5-year LLB course). Last year of LLB is also fine.
Skills
- LLB with interest in succession laws such as the Hindu Succession Act, and the Indian Succession Act.
- Must have very good drafting skills and research skills.
