Enterslice is inviting law students to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing incorporation documents for new companies in various international jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research on global corporate regulations, tax laws, compliance requirements, and entity formation processes.
• Review and draft incorporation documents, such as articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements, and corporate bylaws.
• Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Collaborate with Enterslice's business development team to understand clients' needs and timelines for company formation.
• Draft legal communications and liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and local authorities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of corporate entities, ensuring proper organization and compliance with all legal documentation.
• Assist in preparing client-facing reports and providing updates on the status of incorporation processes.
• Stay current on global legal developments, business regulations, and market trends to support the team's efforts.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a law program (preferably with a focus on corporate law, international business law, or a related field) or a recent graduate.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
• A keen interest in corporate law and global business structures.
