Details of the Job/Internship

Equinox Consultancy Group is inviting law students to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on SEBI, RBI, and FEMA frameworks.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, regulatory filings, and legal documentation.
• Support advisory work on regulatory matters related to capital markets, IPOs, and foreign investments.
• Track and analyze regulatory updates and prepare concise internal and client-facing summaries.
• Collaborate with the legal team on client communication and strategic legal advisory tasks.

Eligibility

• Law students (preferably in their 3rd year or above) with a focus on corporate/regulatory law.
• Solid understanding or keen interest in SEBI, RBI, and FEMA regulations.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Previous internship experience in a legal or compliance setting is a plus.
