eStatus is inviting law students to join their office remotely.
- Location: Work from Home
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Flexible)
- Working Hours: 3 Flexible Hours Daily (Between 9 AM – 9 PM)
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research on privacy, regulatory issues, and intellectual property.
- Support contract drafting, negotiation, and review processes.
- Prepare contract summaries and update agreement templates.
- Contribute to legal writing, memos, and litigation support documentation.
- Participate in brand protection and corporate governance-related tasks.
- Help organize and store patent acquisition materials and conduct system audits.
- Attend team meetings, assist with project tracking and process improvement.
- Engage in legal advisory and client communication under supervision.
- Develop and track relevant legal metrics.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Law students (graduate or postgraduate level) or recent law graduates.
- Candidates with strong legal research and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individuals.
- Those interested in contract law, brand protection, corporate governance, and the distribution business.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to participate in meetings and projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior academic/legal project experience is a plus.
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
