Details of the Job/Internship

Esurgi, Inc. is inviting law students to join their office Online.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure that Esurgi's Intellectual Property is protected.
• Assist in procuring Patent Clinics. 
• Work with the legal clinics throughout the legal process. 
• Collaborate with design and implementation teams to review ESURGI’s products. 
• Help to draft IP applications. 
• Help to draft, edit, and review legal contracts related to an early-stage company.

Eligibility

• 2L/3L law student.
• Pursuing an LLM in IP / Patent Law. 
• Pursuing or having a degree in Law or a four-year degree in Legal, Engineering, or a Technical/Science background. 
• Knowledgeable about or experience in patent law, and contract law. 
• Experience with or knowledge in engineering or biotechnology. 
• Interest in or experience with law and IP. 
• Available to work remotely. 
• Strong attention to detail, highly motivated, and works well with others. 
• Ability to make progress while working under minimal supervision. 
• Strong writing, proofreading, research, and communication skills. 
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Six (6) months of commitment to this position.
