EvaLex Legal LLP is inviting applications from law students, recent graduates, aspiring contract managers, and business strategists for its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Internship — a fast-track opportunity to gain practical exposure to contract management. The internship provides hands-on learning in the end-to-end CLM process, including contract drafting, execution, renewal, and termination.
Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on learning of the CLM process from drafting to termination.
- Gain exposure to real-world contracting environments under the guidance of mentors.
- Attend the CLM Insight Session and Live Preview for better understanding of the process.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year onwards) or recent law graduates.
- Professionals or learners interested in contract management, legal operations, or business strategy.
- Eagerness to learn corporate processes and technology in CLM.
