Details of the Job/Internship
Expertvuw is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Shares Recovery & IEPF Claims team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dwarka Sector 22, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and manage documents for IEPF claim filing and recovery.
- Review ownership records, legal authorizations, indemnities, and affidavits.
- Conduct regulatory research on MCA and SEBI guidelines.
- Prepare and file IEPF Form-5 and supporting legal documents.
- Verify client documentation and ensure accurate submissions.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and procedural queries.
- Liaise with RTAs, companies, and authorities for claim follow-ups.
- Maintain and update internal records and case tracking systems.
Eligibility
- Law graduate or final-year LLB/LLM student.
- Available full-time (Monday–Saturday) for a minimum of 6 months.
- No short-term internships or certificate-based projects will be considered.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act, IEPF rules, unclaimed shares and dividend processes.
- Excellent in legal drafting, detail orientation, and document handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must read and understand IEPF rules and process before applying.
