Details of the Job/Internship
FAAMG.dev is inviting law students to intern with them in their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, NDAs, contracts, and internal policies.
- Support the team in resolving legal queries and identifying potential compliance issues.
- Communicate legal insights and summaries to internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and ability to research and interpret legal texts.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in legal internships or document preparation is a plus.
