Filingpool LLP is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the incorporation of Companies and LLPs.
- Support annual filings and event-based compliances with MCA.
- Help with Labour Law compliances and filings.
- Work on accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Assist in Trademark registration and related legal work.
- Draft agreements, legal notices, and corporate documentation.
- Support GST, FSSAI, and allied registrations.
Eligibility
- LLB and BCOM passed candidates.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Knowledge of MCA filings, ROC compliances, and legal documentation is an added advantage.
