Details of the Job/Internship

FinAGG Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Legal Intern to work closely with the legal team and gain hands-on experience in the fintech legal landscape.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing various agreements, including lease, leave and license, manpower contracts, outsourcing agreements, and memorandums of understanding.
• Support drafting of letters, notices, and vetting of documents and agreements.
• Conduct research on applicable laws, including the Negotiable Instruments Act, civil laws, and criminal laws.
• Assist in litigation tracking, maintaining dashboards, and coordinating with external lawyers.
• Help ensure compliance with corporate governance norms and good governance practices.

Eligibility

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (3rd year or above preferred).
• Strong drafting skills and command over English (Bengali proficiency is a plus).
• Basic understanding of applicable laws and legal processes.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
