FINAGG Technologies Private Limited is inviting law students to join their office in Noida.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance).
- Department: Legal (Risk & Repayment).
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
- Support preparation of legal notices, responses, and litigation documentation, if applicable.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents.
Eligibility
- Enrolled in 3rd year or above of a 5-year law program, or final year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting.
- Keen interest in fintech law, financial regulations, and technology.
- Familiarity with RBI, SEBI, and other financial regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
