Finquest Group is hiring a Legal Intern for a minimum internship period of 3 months to join their office in Andheri (East), Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and analysis of legal precedents.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
• Support in contract preparation and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team.
• Analyse legal risks and implications of business strategies.

Eligibility

• Pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Experience in contract drafting, document review, and preparing agreements.
• Familiarity with compliance management and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Previous internships or work experience in a legal or corporate setting is preferred.
