One of the reasons for low levels of insurance outreach is the customer's inability to pay the entire insurance premium upfront. As a result, people and enterprises suffer huge financial losses arising out of mishappenings, most of which are insurable.

Details of the Job/Internship

Finsall Resources is inviting law students to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate law, labor regulations, data privacy, and other relevant statutes and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting a range of legal documents including:
  • Commercial contracts (vendor agreements, service agreements)
  • MOUs, NDAs, and lease deeds
  • Corporate policies and internal guidelines
• Analyze legal and regulatory risks related to business operations and commercial transactions.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including:
  • Companies Act
  • FEMA
  • RBI Master Directions applicable to NBFCs
• Maintain and update legal trackers, contract databases, case files, and document repositories.
• Assist in preparing case briefs, drafting legal notices, and coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel on ongoing legal and compliance matters.
• Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments and assist in updating internal policies and compliance frameworks accordingly.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law, with a desire to learn in a fast-paced, business-focused legal environment.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
