Details of the Job/Internship

Flexera is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Legal Department in a virtual work-from-home role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal projects involving software licensing, SaaS contracts, litigation, M&A, and analysis.
• Support the logistics of running an internal legal department.
• Work on a variety of projects across different legal disciplines.
• Participate in group projects, learning opportunities, and engagement with Flexera leaders and interns.

Eligibility

• Current or prospective law student.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of or experience in the technology industry preferred.
