Role and Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern, you will be expected to:

• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on civil and commercial laws, especially concerning IP law, to support case strategies.
• Drafting Legal Documents: Assist in drafting petitions, affidavits, legal notices, applications, and replies.
• Case Law Research: Compile case law summaries and help in identifying legal precedents to support ongoing matters.

Eligibility

Education

• Pursuing a 5-year integrated Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Must be in the 4th or 5th year of study at a recognized university.

Experience & Knowledge

• Prior exposure or basic knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Strong interest in civil and commercial law.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and creative mindset.

Other Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Jaipur.
• Open to relocating, if not already based in Jaipur.
• Minimum internship duration: 4 weeks.
